Week Thirty Three

A unique calling from God.
1 Samuel 3: 1, 10, 19

V.1. Now the boy Samuel was ministering to the Lord before Eli. And word from the Lord was rare in those days, visions were infrequent.

V.10. Then the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, "Samuel! Samuel!" And Samuel said, "Speak, for Your servant is listening."

V.19. Thus Samuel grew and the Lord was with him and let none
of his words fail.

Samuel was a person who was willing to listen to the voice of God. We have the Word of God to speak to us. We hear His voice through the reading, meditating and study of His Holy Word. Are you able to hear His voice as you take time to read His Word?
